SSC CGL Exam Details
The Computer Based Examination will be divided into two tiers. The examination schedule outlined in the Notice is preliminary. Any changes to the examination schedule will only be communicated to candidates through the Commission’s website. There will be no provision for re-evaluation or rechecking of the scores. No correspondence in this matter will be entertained.
SSC CGL Tier-I (Computer Based Examination)
Candidates who apply for the SSC CGL exam will have to take a computer-based tier-1 exam administered by the commission. The Tier 1 exam will be structured as follows.
Type of Questions: Tier-I will include Objective Type, Multiple Choice questions. Except for English Comprehension, the questions will be in both English and Hindi.
Negative Marking: Each incorrect answer will result in a 0.50 negative marking.
Time Duration: 60 minutes.
